2013
The Beginning
The story of the village began in 2013, when a guest house project was abandoned and neglected as a result of the crisis.
2021
A new chapter
Real estate developer HAGBERG and architect Guntis Zingis | GoodPattern saw a unique potential for the village due to its excellent location.
The renovation and reconstruction of six houses was started, revitalising an abandoned project.
From blueprint to move-in
HAGBERG collaborates with outstanding architects and interior specialists to modernise the existing project and transform it into a sought-after residential development in the Baltic Sea region.
In 2022, construction was completed and 24 new apartments were rented.
2024
Expansion of the village
The story of the village continues – construction has started on 13 new buildings, further expanding Dzilnupes – a place to be and enjoy.
2025
Development continues, offering new housing opportunities. From April, 20 new apartments will be available, combining modern comforts with a commitment to quality and aesthetics.
The project continues to reinforce the values of Dzilnupes by offering comfort and a modern living space.
