During the first phase of construction, 24 apartments are available for reservation.
There are only four apartments in each house, and each has two floors, an exit to the compact garden, and parking for two cars. The apartments are equipped with the highest quality finishes and bathroom and kitchen facilities. It's possible to rent apartments with or without furniture.
Heat pumps are already set and solar panels will be installed too in the near future, which means that your bill will be less dependent on price fluctuations of gas and other resources.
As part of the project's first phase, you have a unique opportunity to apply for a long-term rental of one of our apartments with a starting price of € 1,250 per month.

The second construction phase begins 2024, and we will build another 13 apartments for rent in cooperation with HAGBERG.
In the near future, we plan to improve the river bank and build a shared space near a private reservoir. Here it will be possible to celebrate special events and relax with family and friends, as well as other village residents.
