“Dzilnupes” - for a greener way of life.
The "Dzilnupes" project is located in the village of Dzilnuciems, enclosed by a forest near the A9 highway. Riga is 15 minutes by car, and nature trails are nearby too. The Cena Moor is only a 10-minute drive away, while the Kemeri National Park is 33 minutes by car.
This well-kept environment is ideal for adults and kids with a riding club, golf course, several leisure complexes and a clean swimming area just around the corner.

In the second and third phases of construction, we're planning to expand "Dzilnupes" with other apartment houses and improve the public space on the riverside, which will be available only to the village residents.

Our project developer HAGBERG is a national company that saw the future of a 10-year-old project that was abandoned due to the crisis.
