Carefree eco-living
Welcome to the first energy-efficient residential village near Riga, only 15 minutes from the sea and airport "Riga".
The place to be and enjoy
Our modern, energy-efficient apartments are ideal for both families and professionals who want to appreciate nature without sacrificing their creature comforts. Every home has its own terrace, a green area (120 m2), as well as two parking spaces with the possibility to charge an electric car.
A unique solution for modern tenants
Forget about reading the meter, finding the best internet tariff or mowing the lawn. The "Dzilnupes" project offers all modern communications with a single bill, including electricity, water, internet, heating and property management charges.
Reserve your apartment at the first building phase
As part of the project's first phase, there are six residential houses available, with four apartments in each building. In addition, there is a children's playground and trails for pleasant walks in nature.
“Dzilnupes” - for a greener way of life.
The "Dzilnupes" project is located in the village of Dzilnuciems, enclosed by a forest near the A9 highway. Riga is 15 minutes by car, and nature trails are nearby too. The Cena Moor is only a 10-minute drive away, while the Kemeri National Park is 33 minutes by car.
This well-kept environment is ideal for adults and kids with a riding club, golf course, several leisure complexes and a clean swimming area just around the corner.
Quality homes with all amenities
Each apartment has a well-designed layout that is brought to life with great care and high-quality building materials.
In the second and third phases of construction, we're planning to expand "Dzilnupes" with other apartment houses and improve the public space on the riverside, which will be available only to the village residents.
From a forgotten project to environmentally friendly apartments
Our project developer HAGBERG is a national company that saw the future of a 10-year-old project that was abandoned due to the crisis.
Together, we have modernised the original idea to make these living spaces more spacious and energy-efficient.
