The floor plans are thoughtfully designed and functional, featuring a spacious open-plan living area with a kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom to ensure a modern and convenient living experience.
Apartment sizes range from 64 m² to 73 m², and each home includes either a large private terrace or a balcony, providing additional space for relaxation, creating a green area, or enjoying outdoor dining. One parking space is included, with the option to acquire a second space for an additional fee, and EV charging stations will be available soon.
The interiors are designed in a bright and modern Scandinavian style, using high-quality finishing materials. Bathrooms are equipped with modern sanitary fixtures, while an efficient ventilation system ensures optimal air quality throughout the apartment.
Apartments are offered partially furnished, with the option for full furnishing upon request. Pets are welcome.

As standard, the apartments are equipped with:
- Kitchen equipment, including oven, induction stove, dishwasher and fridge;
- bathroom facilities, including a bath and/or shower and a washing machine with tumble-dryer function;
- built-in wardrobe in the entrance area and in the master bedroom;
- additional equipment such as light fittings and day curtains.
Other necessary furniture can be provided at an additional cost.
The management fee consists mainly of cleaning and maintenance of the common areas and grounds in all seasons of the year, landscaping services, administrative costs, technical services, including emergency technical services (24/7), maintenance and upkeep of all systems according to regulations, as well as warranty repairs of other equipment.
The rental contract is signed for one year, renewable by mutual agreement.
No, there is no option to purchase an apartment.
Yes, pets are allowed after informing the landlord.

A security deposit of two months' rent and the first month's rent is due on the day the tenancy agreement is signed.
