This is one of four apartments in a shared two-story building. The apartment is available with three or two rooms, adaptable to different needs. The layout is functional, including a spacious living area with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment ranges in size from 44 m² to 51 m² and has a 25 m² terrace/balcony providing additional space for relaxing, planting, etc. Two parking spaces are available, with the possibility of installing an electric car charging point.
The apartment is designed in a bright and modern Scandinavian style, using quality finishing materials. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances, ensuring comfortable everyday use. The bathroom has modern plumbing and an efficient ventilation system ensures fresh air in all rooms.

As standard, the apartments are equipped with:
- Kitchen equipment, including oven, induction stove, dishwasher and fridge;
- bathroom facilities, including a bath and/or shower and a washing machine with tumble-dryer function;
- built-in wardrobe in the entrance area and in the master bedroom;
- additional equipment such as light fittings and day curtains.
Other necessary furniture can be provided at an additional cost.
The management fee consists mainly of cleaning and maintenance of the common areas and grounds in all seasons of the year, landscaping services, administrative costs, technical services, including emergency technical services (24/7), maintenance and upkeep of all systems according to regulations, as well as warranty repairs of other equipment.
The rental contract is signed for one year, renewable by mutual agreement.
No, there is no option to purchase an apartment.
Yes, pets are allowed after informing the landlord.

A security deposit of two months' rent and the first month's rent is due on the day the tenancy agreement is signed.
