This two-story apartment offers a practical and comfortable layout, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen combined with the living room. The interior is designed in line with a Scandinavian aesthetic, emphasizing simplicity and functionality.
With a total area of 125m², it has a 25m² terrace leading to a private 120m² green area. A parking space for two cars is provided, with the option to charge an electric vehicle.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, exhaust fan, induction stove, oven, and dishwasher. The first-floor bathroom includes a sink, shower cabin, electric towel dryer, and WC, while the second-floor bathroom has a bathtub, as well as a washer-dryer combination.
The apartment’s indoor temperature is regulated by an air-to-water heat pump, with underfloor heating and cooling for added comfort. Exhaust ventilation is installed in the kitchen and both bathrooms, while other rooms have natural draft ventilation openings in the outer walls to improve air circulation.

As standard, the apartments are equipped with:

- additional equipment such as light fittings and day curtains.
Other necessary furniture can be provided at an additional cost.
The management fee consists mainly of cleaning and maintenance of the common areas and grounds in all seasons of the year, landscaping services, administrative costs, technical services, including emergency technical services (24/7), maintenance and upkeep of all systems according to regulations, as well as warranty repairs of other equipment.
The rental contract is signed for one year, renewable by mutual agreement.
