2023
The Beginning
While developing the “Dzilnupes” rental housing village, it became clear that the demand for high-quality rental homes is strong.
This insight led us to Mārupe, where we selected a location with outstanding potential to create a well-planned, harmonious living environment in this part of the neighbourhood – designed for everyday comfort and peaceful living.
2024
Potential Becomes a Vision
The initial idea takes on a clear shape – in collaboration with the architecture studio GoodPattern, the first decisive steps are taken to bring the project to life, guided by experience and a clear long-term vision.
2025
Vision Becomes Reality
The project moves beyond blueprints into construction. “Ozolkalni” gradually emerges as a thoughtfully designed rental village of 13 timber-frame buildings, offering 52 contemporary apartments.
2026
Homes for Contemporary Living
A new chapter of the “Ozolkalni” project begins. From April 2026, the homes are ready to welcome their first residents.
Here, modern, functional living spaces are complemented by a carefully landscaped environment – a place where privacy, quality, and comfort exist in harmony with the natural rhythm of Mārupe.
