About the project “Dzilnupes”
We are building new apartment houses for people who want to combine the best of everything without the need to compromise—being surrounded by nature while being minutes away from the city and a simplified rental bill that includes all amenities.
The story of our village began over ten years ago when another architect chose it for constructing private houses. However, due to the economic crisis, this project was halted. Recently, our developer HAGBERG saw its unique potential due to its great location and proximity to nature and the capital city.
HAGBERG is working with outstanding architects and interior specialists to modernise the existing project and transform it into a sought-after residential village close to Riga.
To further improve the comfort level of our occupants, each apartment now has a terrace, a personal green area, an additional parking space (two in total) and an energy-efficient heat supply with heat pumps. In addition, we use only the highest quality materials for the exterior and interior of each apartment. The flats are available furnished as well as unfurnished.
The developer of the "Dzilnupes" project is the Latvian company HAGBERG.
